Training Format

The Training Format is designed for youth workers, leaders, and NGO staff involved in youth and performing arts. The format will include 12 workshops developed by partner organizations, focusing on folk dances and music as tools for promoting inclusion, reconciliation, tolerance, and dialogue among young people. 

The Guide provides practical tips and methodologies for implementing activities focused on peacebuilding and social inclusion for youth workers and young people. It offers strategies to combine Non-Formal Education with music and dance and aims at enhancing critical thinking about peacebuilding and intercultural dialogue. Additionally, it includes guidance on creating effective social media campaigns. 

 
Best Practices

This report showcases 17 innovative music and dance initiatives from across Europe and the Western Balkans, highlighting their power to promote peace, inclusion, and youth engagement through non-formal education and intercultural dialogue.
